Thanks for shopping with MVB Creations! Since most of what we make is custom or personalized, please read through our policy before placing your order.

Custom & Personalized Items

All custom and personalized orders are final sale. Because these items are made specifically for you, we're unable to accept returns or issue refunds on customized products. This includes any item where you've provided custom text, numbers, sizing, or other personalized details.

Please double-check your order details before submitting — once production starts, we can't make changes.

Something Arrived Damaged or Defective?

That's on us, and we'll make it right. If your order arrives damaged or there's a defect on our end, reach out within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and we'll get a replacement out to you.

Non-Custom Items

For any non-personalized items, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery as long as the item is unused and in its original condition. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
